These terms govern your use of the Canonry Ads service operated at ads.canonry.ai. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.
Canonry Ads produces research reports about how AI assistants answer questions relevant to your business, and optionally monitors those answers over time. Reports describe observations made at a point in time. AI assistant behavior changes constantly; we do not guarantee rankings, citations, traffic, or revenue outcomes.
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time purchases are delivered as a report. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled, which you can do at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. If we fail to deliver a purchased report, you get a full refund.
You connect accounts (for example Google Search Console) at your choice and can disconnect them at any time. You retain ownership of your data and your reports. We may decline or discontinue service for abuse, unlawful use, or attempts to probe other customers' workspaces.
The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
