Account information you give us (email, business name, website domain), the markets and business description you enter during onboarding, payment records processed by Stripe (we never see your card number), and the research data our system generates about your website's visibility in AI assistants.
If you connect Google Search Console, we access it with the read-only scope (webmasters.readonly) to retrieve your site's search performance and index coverage. This data is used solely to build your report and your monitoring dashboard. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, or as required by law.
Your workspace runs in an isolated environment dedicated to your business. Reports and research artifacts are stored on our servers. We use Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Google APIs for the data you connect, and AI model providers (Google, OpenAI) to run the research queries that power your report; queries sent to model providers are about your market, never your personal data.
We keep your data while your account is active. Email hello@canonry.ai to delete your account; we remove your workspace, connections, and stored data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
